A Content Analysis of Research Articles on English Micro-Teaching

In the era of Internet development, teaching methods are constantly updated. As an important part English methods, micro-teaching has been studied deeply by many scholars. Even though people currently in when is becoming more and popular, there not articles about research on research. Thus, this paper applies qualitative content analysis to study academic from 2008 2020, focuses issues related micro-teaching. The results show that: (1) most commonly used method for conducting micro-class a questionnaire survey, followed interviews. (2) main advantage that it beneficial teacher education, but disadvantage lack real classroom features.
